Classical Hatha Yoga (07:00 WITA – 08:00 WITA)
Hatha yoga comes from two Sanskrit syllables, namely ha and ta. Ha is the sun and ta is the moon. The moon and stars are the greatest sources of energy in the universe as symbols of masculine and feminine heat and cold likes and dislikes that always exist in this life. Then in the practice of Hatta Yoga we will access the energy of the moon and sun and there are three components.
Meditation to calm the mind and train focus, pranayama to align the energy in our body and asana to train the strength and flexibility of our body, and when we do Hatta yoga our body will be healthy holistically.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on the synchronization of movement and breath, creating a smooth, dance-like flow. In this practice, each pose flows seamlessly into the next, with the breath anchoring the movement, making the practice an active meditation that calms the mind and strengthens the body.
